NADRA GROUP was established on April 22, 1991.
For 30 years of its activity, the geological exploration service company NADRA GROUP has discovered 83 new oil and gas fields and deposits in Ukraine alone for Ukrainian and foreign field operators, and completed 22 projects in 12 countries around the world. NADRA GROUP provides a comprehensive range of integrated services, including the selection of prospective areas, planning of geological exploration works, 2D and 3D seismic exploration, processing and interpretation of geological, geophysical and oilfield information, construction of 3D models of deposits, support for oil and gas well drilling, well work and research, completion and arrangement of oil and gas wells, and more.
To provide a significant portion of its services, NADRA GROUP primarily utilizes tools and equipment produced by its own affiliated subsidiaries, which include plants for the production of geophysical tools, drilling rigs, and other necessary equipment.
Starting from 2015, NADRA GROUP has ceased exploring new oil and gas fields (also known as greenfields) in response to the influence of the ideas and processes of the green transition movement, aimed at preserving the environment. Instead, the company has shifted its focus towards implementing innovative technologies to enhance the recovery of oil and gas reserves in mature and depleted fields, also known as brownfields. Currently, NADRA GROUP provides an extensive set of integrated services to field operators, including the management of investment projects under product sharing agreements, with the goal of serving the interests of its investors.
Aside from specialized services in geological exploration and production of energy, mineral and water resources, as well as production and supply of relevant materials, tools, and equipment, NADRA GROUP also provided customers with a comprehensive range of integrated solutions to ensure the seamless execution of their projects.
Integrated solutions were provided by both NADRA GROUP's affiliates, as well as non-affiliated third-party service and equipment providers. NADRA GROUP managed these projects bearing complete responsibility to the customers for the entire range of integrated solutions.
Consequently, in addition to its traditional linear business model, NADRA GROUP started a network business and has become the operational hub of a vast network of partner companies that collaborate to safeguard the interests of both service and product providers and their consumers during the execution of projects and programs aimed at promoting sustainable use of natural resources across various countries worldwide.
In order to establish novel forms of collaboration with partner enterprises, NADRA GROUP creates various digital platforms dedicated to green transition and transformation. NADRA GROUP performs management of these projects aimed at preserving, rational using and restoring the planet's natural capital, as well as promoting a green way of life for humanity in the third millennium.
